  • WIDELY USED: These nylon tenons and screws are fully compatible with IKEA parts 102267 and 105163, plastic hinge locating pins with screws are commonly used to connect bed panels on bed frames, fix loose cabinet doors, headboard doors, etc. to extend the life of the hinge pins.
  • MAIN USE: These 105163 screws are mainly used for fixing wooden bed slats to bed frame rails such as 114290 and 114291. Depending on the size and design of the furniture, a complete installation may require 4 to 8 pieces.
  • KIT INCLUDES: The 102267 and 105163 kit includes nylon/plastic tenons and metric threaded screws. 12mm screws fit snugly into the 13mm long, 11mm wide tenons, which have barbs or ribs to hold the slats securely in place.
  • EASY INSTALLATION: Holding the plastic dowel sleeve from the top, insert the screws into the holes in the bed frame rails from underneath and tighten. Repeat this step at each end of the rail. Once all the dowels are in place, hook the bed slats onto the dowels and stretch.
